At VenWear, every piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds as a general policy.

However, returns and refunds will be considered only in the case of damaged or defective products, subject to strict verification and the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return (Damaged / Defective Items Only)

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The customer provides a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • The video clearly shows the damage or defect at the time of unpacking.

  • The request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Process (If Return Is Approved)

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable charges, including:

    • Shipping fees

    • Payment gateway charges

    • Handling and processing costs

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection approval.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchange or replacement for defective/damaged items.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact).

  • Only one-time exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, VenWear will cover the shipping cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@vennwear.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for request

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged items)

    • Clear images (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, our team will share the return instructions.

  3. After inspection, the exchange or refund will be processed as per policy.

Important Notes

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained for reasons such as fit issues, color preferences, or change of mind.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • VenWear reserves the right to approve or reject any request after inspection.
